By using TickOff, you agree to these Terms of Service. TickOff is operated by Outvixe Creative Agency.
1. Use of the service
TickOff is a productivity app designed to help you manage tasks, track focus sessions, organise notes and review your work. You must be at least 13 years old to use TickOff. You are responsible for the security of your account and agree not to use TickOff for unlawful activity.
2. Your data
You own the tasks, notes and other content you create in TickOff. We do not claim ownership over your content.
3. AI-powered features
TickOff includes optional AI features including AI Voice Input and AI Notes tools such as Dictate, Summarise, Expand, Change Tone, Fix & Polish and Extract Tasks.
AI features require your own API key from Google AI Studio. By using AI features, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service and usage policies for the Gemini API. You are responsible for maintaining your API key and for any usage connected to it.
TickOff does not receive or store content processed through AI features. AI-generated content remains subject to your review, and you are responsible for any content added to your account.
4. Google integrations
If you connect Google Calendar or Google Tasks, you authorise TickOff to read relevant data so it can help create and organise tasks. TickOff does not modify or delete your Google Calendar events or Google Tasks. You can revoke access at any time.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep TickOff available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
TickOff is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outvixe Creative Agency is not liable for loss of data, interruption or damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TickOff after changes means you accept the updated terms.
