Comments, Real Avatars and Multi-Assignees

  • Space Comments tab: a dedicated Board, Comments and Members tab structure in every Space. Comments are chronological with full @mention support and real-time updates.
  • @mentions with notifications: tag any Space member in a comment and they receive an in-app toast, browser push, and a Telegram queue entry instantly.
  • Comment task tagging: every comment is linked to a specific task with a tappable tag that highlights that task on the board.
  • Multiple assignees: assign a Space task to any number of teammates. Stacked avatars show on the card, and the Mine filter checks across all assignees.
  • Tag-input assignee selector: a dropdown and chip input for selecting assignees. Tap a member to add them as a chip, tap × to remove.
  • Profile avatar upload: tap your photo in the profile panel to upload a custom avatar up to 2MB. Images are compressed and synced to your account.
  • Real avatars in Spaces: profile pictures now appear across task cards, member lists, comment feeds, and assignee pickers.
  • Full display names on task cards: Space task cards now show members' full TickOff display names instead of email prefixes.
  • Weekly performance cache: weekly stats are quietly written to Firestore on every save, ready for future Telegram weekly summaries.

Smarter Stats, Better Focus, New AI Models

  • Custom Pomodoro duration: tap − or + beside the timer to adjust in 10-minute steps, or tap the time itself to type any duration from 1 to 180 minutes.
  • Productivity score overhaul: scores now reflect task completions fairly, and non-Pomodoro users are no longer penalized.
  • Best Hours Analysis: a new stat card shows your peak productivity hours as a bar chart from 6am to 11pm, with clear insights like “Sharpest between 9–11am.”
  • Streak fix: current and best streaks now count any day where you completed a task or ran a focus session.
  • Gemini 3 support: Gemini 3 Flash Preview, Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite, and Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview were added to the AI model selector.
  • AI auto-retry: TickOff silently retries Gemini requests up to 3 times on high-demand errors before surfacing a message.
  • AI Task Breakdown: tap “✨ AI breakdown” in any task drawer and Gemini splits your task title into 4–8 specific, actionable subtasks instantly.

Spaces — Deep Integration and Notifications

  • Personal board sync: tasks assigned to you in any Space automatically appear on your personal Kanban board, sorted by due time alongside your own tasks.
  • Focus sessions on Space tasks: run Pomodoro timers directly on assigned Space tasks, and sessions count toward your personal statistics.
  • Space task notifications: browser push notifications and in-app alerts now work for due Space tasks, just like personal task reminders.
  • Telegram notification queue: due-time alerts for Space tasks are queued for delivery through your connected Telegram bot.
  • Midnight archive: done tasks in Spaces archive automatically every night, giving teams a clean board each morning.
  • Daily report download: admins can download HTML/PDF reports for Yesterday, Last 7, 14, or 30 days, showing who completed what with focus session counts per task.
  • Member filter dropdown: filter the Space board by All, Mine, or any specific member, with a layout that scales cleanly to large teams.
